Dear Parents and Caregivers
We have been made aware today that there is a confirmed COVID-19 case in our school community. The health and wellbeing of our tamariki, staff and community is our top priority.
What we are doing:
We have made contact with the close contacts of the confirmed case and have provided them with the information of what to do. The tamariki isolating at home will have learning and other support from BMPS.
All health and safety procedures are in place and are being followed.
If you have not been contacted by BMPS regarding your child/children being a close contact, then as per current health advice, you are not required to take any further action and your child can return to BMPS tomorrow.
As always, if you or a family member has COVID-19 symptoms, ring Healthline or phone your family doctor for advice:
Healthline on 0800 358 5453 twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
To find your local testing station visit Healthpoint
If you have any questions or would like support, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
Thank you for your on-going support.
