Invite to Rehearsal on Wednesday 6 September

As you know, we are busy at school preparing for our special assembly to thank Mainfreight for all that they have done for BMPS during the last 30 years.

We know that all of our BMPS whānau want to be there to see their tamariki shine and to join us in thanking Mainfreight. 

We would like to give you the opportunity to come to our rehearsal on Wednesday 6 September, starting at 10am. 

Please note, this means that you would NOT attend the Friday event.

This will help us to ensure that you get to see the performance more comfortably (instead of watching from outside our hall!)

This is what we ask:

• if you can, please attend Wednesday’s event instead of Friday 
• please respect our student’s privacy by NOT taking photographs or filming the event: you can get photographs of your child after the rehearsal
• please do not post any photos online: we want to keep everything a surprise for our Mainfreight family.

We look forward to welcoming you to BMPS next Wednesday: 10am start, in our hall.
